Blocking youtube is coming from our beliefs and culture totally (if you remember the case of the King Video, this is national security concern). All information in Thailand is all going to CAT which ICT become above this organization. It's so easy to block any out going packets sending to youtube or any other websites that ICT concerns as inappropriate.

It's really hard to put in perspective how great these guys are until you've gone to battle with them. I had to have my router initiating the vpn connection so that anything connecting to the Linksys would get a US IP Address. I have multiple items hard wired into the router including my Onkyo receiver for internet radio, XBox 360, Vonage and two desktops. (I use a simple powered switch for added CAT 5 connections) Additionally I have two or three items that require internet access wirelessly. Bottom line: I had to have my router logging into the VPN and making everything on my network secure. Jeremy, the router expert, spent no less than four nights with me troubleshooting my system. He took me step-by-step through the process from flashing the router with DD-wrt to configuring it, switching servers etc, until it worked. Even after day three when it wasn't working (something to do with the Etisalat attempt to keep us from using anything but their IP addresses I think), Jeremy would not quit. It seemed like I had his full attention every time he was at work, and he now knows the process very well with the UAE. My hat is off to these guys. 24 hour support is one thing, but having tech guys who are stubborn and hate to lose is the better part of that. Kudos Jeremy - you're a hero in my mind for not quitting when it should have been working in the beginning!
